6) Capacity Building: Discuss training needs for teachers and staff to enhance their ability to support migrant students.
7) Financial Evaluation: discuss the project's expenses and partners' allocations.
8) Budget Review: Evaluate expenditures against the allocated budget.
TPM3
1) Project Outcomes: Present and discuss the overall achievements, highlighting successful initiatives and impacts on migrant students.
2) Lessons Learned: Reflect on challenges faced and share insights gained during the project.
3) Sustainability: Discuss the plan for sustaining successful practices and initiatives beyond the project duration.
4) Documentation: Discuss the creation of a comprehensive project report summarizing activities, outcomes, and practices.
5) Dissemination: Discuss sharing project results with the wider community, including other schools, the wider community, eTwinning, and Erasmus+ platforms.
6) Future Collaboration: Discuss continued collaboration between partner institutions on similar projects or initiatives on eTwinning
7) Financial Evaluation: Discuss the overall expenses on the project
8) Closing Ceremony: Acknowledge the efforts of all partners, express gratitude, and celebrate the successful completion of the project.
