2) Project Overview: Review the project timeline, activities, and responsibilities of each partner. 
3) Needs Assessment: Discuss challenges faced by migrant students, focusing on social integration and educational needs. 
4) Gantt Chart: Develop a detailed Gantt Chart outlining specific tasks, deadlines, and roles. 
5) Resource Allocation: Discuss budget, necessary resources, and potential sources of funding. 
6) Communication Protocols: Establish regular communication channels and reporting methods among partners.
7) Next Steps: Define tasks to be accomplished before the next meeting. 

TPM2
1) Progress Update: Each partner presents their achievements, challenges faced, and lessons learned. 
2) Evaluation: Discuss the effectiveness of implemented strategies and programs. 
3) Adaptations: Identify areas requiring adjustments or additional support based on mid-term outcomes. 
4) Data Collection: Review methods for collecting data on student progress, social integration, and academic achievements. 
5) Collaborative Initiatives: Explore opportunities for joint activities or exchange programs between partner institutions. 
6) Capacity Building: Discuss training needs for teachers and staff to enhance their ability to support migrant students. 
7) Financial Evaluation: discuss the project's expenses and partners' allocations. 
8) Budget Review: Evaluate expenditures against the allocated budget.

TPM3 
1) Project Outcomes: Present and discuss the overall achievements, highlighting successful initiatives and impacts on migrant students. 
2) Lessons Learned: Reflect on challenges faced and share insights gained during the project. 
3) Sustainability: Discuss the plan for sustaining successful practices and initiatives beyond the project duration. 
4) Documentation: Discuss the creation of a comprehensive project report summarizing activities, outcomes, and practices. 
5) Dissemination: Discuss sharing project results with the wider community, including other schools, the wider community, eTwinning, and Erasmus+ platforms.  
6) Future Collaboration: Discuss continued collaboration between partner institutions on similar projects or initiatives on eTwinning 
7) Financial Evaluation: Discuss the overall expenses on the project 
8) Closing Ceremony: Acknowledge the efforts of all partners, express gratitude, and celebrate the successful completion of the project.
